Many patrons, like Natalie W. and Kathryn M., have noted the attentive service that complements the dining experience, ensuring that guests feel right at home.

While the atmosphere can get buzzing, especially during happy hour, the extra seating and ample parking make it a convenient stop for families and friends alike. Regulars adore the crab wontons, which are always a hit among diners looking for light yet flavorful starters. However, Kripa M. reminds us that taste can be subjective—while some love the crispy pork egg rolls, others might find them not to their liking.

For a lively and inviting dining experience, The Lotus Maple Grove stands out not just for its food but also for its community-centered spirit. Scott F. aptly describes it as his “home away from home,” highlighting the familial atmosphere created by Hung and his team. I had always gone to the downtown location and hated the parking. So I was happy to see this location. I moved further out from the city but it's worth the drive for their food. It is the same quality and taste and as the downtown location. This location has a lot more parking and seating. The staff here is great and very attentive. I like that this location offers a happy hour menu. One thing I didn't like is that the soda is sold by the can, so no free refills. The downtown location has a fountain so they offer free refills. The happy hour included some of our favorites like the crab wontons, the lotus wings, and any more. We tried the pork egg rolls because they were on the happy hour, I didn't care for the taste. I liked the crunchiness but didn't care for the filling mixture. The crab wontons are my absolute favorite! And my mom and bf love their lotus wings. I got the chicken pad Thai, level 4 spice. It was still not spicy and next time I will order level 5, but very good and they give such big portions. I love it! My mom got the chicken pho as usual and it was great as usual. I'll probably continue to go to this location just because of the parking and having more seats and the happy hour menu.

It was my first time at lotus and it did not disappoint. The friendly staff, delicious food and the casual atmosphere made the experience very pleasant. I had a Vietnamese combo salad with grilled Pork, egg roll and I added Shrimp to it. The salad was very delicious. I also got a Mango milk tea with black tapioca which was delicious as well. Got a grilled Pork Banh Mi to go and decided to have it for lunch the next day. It was good but have to say I have had better one's. All in all I had a good experience and will definitely go back to try other things on the menu.

My favorite place in MN.... Feels like home. Hung and his family and team run a family owned Vietnamese/ fusion restaurant that is always a top 5 in our city and number one for me. Pho, imperial chicken and any rice or noodle dish as well as lotus wings and the egg rolls for appetizers will send you home happy. Moms specials are to die for and the salads are other world!!! Staff is so friendly and when you enter it feels like a home away from home. They have catered events from 20 to 300 for us and are revered in the community.... Support the local guy he is a class act and a good friend

Had a craving for good pho but it was 7pm, we called just to make sure all menu items would be available. Server who picked up said the kitchen closes 15 mins prior to close so we could order anything up to 7:45. We got there and there were two lovely ladies who were so professional, attentive and fast! We enjoyed the sesame chicken, cream cheese wontons and the famous Kim Ly's Surf N' Turf pho. I loved how the wontons were warm and crunchy. The pho was delicious and the iced teas are pretty good too! I love the authentic decor at this location and the big beautiful painted lotus flower on the wall. Probably one of my favorite pho place around because, the parking lot is spacious, the service is stellar and the pho is delicious!
